- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Besides their horrible customer service, allowing newbie techs to operate on patients, and the whole insurance fraud thing with the state, they intentionally did less work on my cavities so that I'd have to come back (WA State Medicaid only allows one filling per tooth per TWO YEARS. So they knew they'd get to charge me out of pocket costs to do their job right the second time. And they wanted to charge me $150-$300 PER TOOTH to fix their mistakes. A year later and I'm still struggling to find a dentist who will accept my insurance to have the work redone, and I have been experiencing jaw pain, tooth pain, cut cheeks from the fillings not being done properly, and have a lopsided bite because they couldn't even do a transfer paper bite check correctly. And, I believe one of my teeth is deteriorating. Don't go here, don't be fooled by the name change, don't let any of these dentists work on you.
