- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I got through the process of setting up an initial appointment and instantly decided to find somewhere else. The receptionist was very rude, condescending, slow, and unhelpful. Clearly has no understanding of the struggle. I was instantly treated like trash. She also hung up on me. After calling back, she said, "I don't know what you want but I will not apologize to you" then asked my husband why he couldn't "do this for me". I am flabbergasted. How do you even have a job?
